Chief Honourable Olumuyiwa Owadara widely known as RMD was born and raised in the Oshodi/Isolo Constituency of Lagos State. From his earliest years, he possessed an outgoing spirit and a deep desire to contribute to the people around him.

His career in politics began in the early 2000s, where he focused on increasing youth engagement and ensuring the voices of marginalized and disaffected young people were not left out of Nigeria’s democratic process.

RMD holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from London Lambert College and a second degree in International Business Management from London Southbank University qualifications that underpin his strategic and entrepreneurial approach to governance.

As CEO of the RMD Foundation, he has championed JAMB support programmes, community welfare initiatives, and grassroots development projects that have directly touched thousands of lives in Oshodi and Isolo.
